Customer A is A well-known brand company in the lighting industry in Canada, but before being famous, he was only A small lighting trading company. In the early stage of growth, customer A's company only had A small team of less than 10 people, and our factory was also only A lighting manufacturer founded less than 6 years ago. We got to know each other through Alibaba, and after the initial conversation, we started the cooperation of the first sample order.
At that time, the most essential interior lighting in North America was HOUSING CAN and TRIMs. Because of the particularity of building materials and structures in North America, this kind of lamp fixtures are very popular.

With the technology development, integrated LED lamps have be showed to customers’ eyes and more and more people like this more convenient to buy and installation and beautiful outlook. In these integrated lamps, LED slim panel lights are the most popular in North America market.
So, on the beginning of the trend, LD lighting caught the trend and start to develop integrated lamps. When we finished the first sample, we informed customer A regarding this and send him free samples to test quality and market.
Obviously, we got the satisfaction of customer A, so he would like to develop more size and series together with us on this new lights. Till now, LED slim panel lights are still our top sale goods and customer A became our top 1 partner.
To support his business, LD positively finished the ETL certification, ES certification and even JA8 certification. We also usually talk about the new functions for this light, customer A collects the feedback from their customers, ideas and need to us and we develop all kinds of functions according to these feedback.
Finally, till this year, we not only have normal round & square single CCT lights, but also have 3cct and 5CCT select able series, wall switch controlled series, dimming together with CCT changeable series, wet location suitable series and Smart app controlled RGB series.
