Order material preparation:
A LED light panel can be custom made to your specifications; preferred brightness, color temperature, shape, size, and thickness.
A LED light panel is made of optical grade clear cell cast PMMA acrylic, contain an evenly spread laser engraved dot matrix across the surface of the acrylic, LED strips, optional light diffusion film, and reflector.
Operating steps
1. Assembly of Round outer ring trim , led round panel lamp LED strips with waterproof master connector as below, Make sure the light belt stick tightly inside of the Ourter ring trim.
2. Assembly of a circular light diffusion plate;
3. Assembly of a circular light guide plate;
4. Assembly of circular reflective paper;
5. Assembly of black shading cotton;
6. Assembly of Arr tight pad and Aluminum back cover.
7. Lock up all the screws.
8. The next for the led drvier, put the driver into the plastic box for the insulation.
9. Assembly of 3 quick connector and and Sping.
