How to install track lights
Before installing the track lighting system, carefully read and follow all the instructions provided below. Also, make sure to refer to the "Important Safety Instructions" supplied with your local track lighting.
Pull the sleeve on the track adaptor downward to prepare for placing the track head in the desired position. Ensure that the two contact pins on the adaptor are turned toward the side of the track that has two copper bus bars.
Rotate the adaptor 90 degrees until the track head locks securely into place on the track. Refer to Illustration 4 for guidance.
Important: If the adaptor does not turn freely, do not force it. Instead, turn it in the opposite direction to avoid damage.
To re-position or remove the track head, pull down the sleeve outside the adaptor and rotate it 90 degrees.
CAUTION: It is crucial to refer to the label located inside the lamp head for the recommended maximum bulb wattage. Never exceed the recommended maximum wattage to prevent overheating and potential hazards.
